In the interest of learning points:
    1. Yes, this guy can ride - most probably has a lot of track time.
    2. Yes, he knows that road very well.
    3. The upper body technique he is using to keep the bike more upright so it doesn't scrape, catch, and flip him is taught at the ARC course.
    4. The lower body technique is reserved for the track.
    5. In all 50 states, "hanging off" a bike is illegal on public roads.

    Cheers,
    Steve

You are such a killjoy. Just enjoy it for what it is. Just for that me and Stro are gonna hang off the B at the rally and break some laws. I gotta talk to Stro first but I'm pretty sure he's in.

I hang off Isleen all the time - it's a fun technique to practice so if you ever need it, it's there. With the her ground clearance though, I've seldom had to use it if I just use the upper body shift.
Now Saorla? That's a different story altogether.....She has no lean angle whatsoever. I use upper and lower body shifting to keep her upright in twisties. Not as proficient as the rider in the video, but I'm not as young as he is either....lol.
