You are looking for the equivalent of the Soundracer V8 or Vroombox.

And check out this last link for an electric vehicle product. Unbelievable.

If the thought of Harley sound inters my mind I twist the throttle and it quickly goes away.

If we only had wire wheels I could show you how we use to fix the problem with a cloths pin and a baseball card!

Yep...that brings back fond memories, but I would never used any of my treasured baseball cards, I used cards swiped from my dad's poker playing cards

    Have both

I realize this is not an option for some, but I have both. I traded my ST1300 to get the F6B, and I still have my Harley Ultra Classic Limited. Best of both worlds. The Harley is for tooling around with the wife (she likes the Harley and loves the high back rest on it), and I ride the F6B 80% of the time solo, and 100% for any longer rides/over night/trips. I get to enjoy both, and I really get to appreciate the F6B when I get back on it. I love that bike. If I could only keep one, I would keep the F6B, and it's not even close.

I've only owned my B for about 3 months. To date, I have 3 negatives on the B vs the FLTRU and some that are just washes between the two. Way too much plastic to remove, exhaust drone, and side loader bags. I HATE the side loader bags! The B's handling, brakes, suspension, power, lack of engine heat, and weight are superior to a stock HD.

With that said, I'm seriously considering upgrading the suspenders and oil coolers on the HD and giving it a whirl. What plastic is on the HD is quick and easy to remove. It handles well for such a large bike, it's just a little more work than the B. The brakes aren't bad and are ABS. The engine has been warmed up, so she'll run with the B. The extra heat in the winter is kinda nice, and with the top box removed, she's about the same weight as the B, and I prefer the top loader bags.

I've got some soul searching to do. I've got 4 scooters in the garage now, and 3 are being neglected. I really like the B, she's a damn fine machine. I just don't know if she's fine enough to get me off my HD permanently.

I figured someone already thought of it. They need a recording of a Boulevard 109 with Vance Hines
    pipes.
