I realize beauty is in the eyes of the beholder but, for me, that new Valkyrie has the ugliest front of any bike I've EVER seen

I agree with some that it is a personal choice, but give me the old Valkyrie, (had a 99 Tourer)..The new one does nothing for me at all..I am sure it is fast, but I will stick with my F6B...Just something about that front end that does not click.I know they tried to keep the radiators covered but maybe a re-design is in order?

They did a nice job 11 years ago on the Honda Rune that has the same engine, they stacked the radiators one on top of the other in front of the engine and covered them with a nostalgic old looking ford grill.

Successful people build each other up. They motivate, inspire and push each other. Unsuccessful people just hate, blame and complain.

    I WAS THERE TOO!

The Phoenix show was as good as it was 5 or so years ago. I do believe the new Valkyrie looked better in person than it does in the add on TV but I will also stick with my '97' Bumblebee Valk. The new Valk looks to me like it has bulky schoulders, but hey, that's just my opinion and ya know what they are like!
I was a little disappointed that KTM was not there. I wanted to check out the new dirt bikes in person, being and old 'X'er myself and possible looking for an on/off road bike for in the future.
The new BMW were quite an attraction, yea they did look pretty good but I bet they have a nice price tag to them.

No kidding. At first glance I thought someone was kneeling on the gas tank. This one is a lose-lose to me. But, like the Edsel (anyone remember those?) it might gain a following over time.

I like it. But I've been called "strange" by more than one.
