So when you start a thread there is an icon with a picture of a framed picture, this is the insert image link, hit it then find the picture in your computer to select and upload. If you did it correctly it should look like the above pic, well maybe not as good since I have a red bike.

Thanks John and by the way, mine used to be red until I had it painted green
