At least he is north of the hell hole thet SF is becoming...Petaluma a nice place
So, we're up to a Cat 4 now.....
Going to shelter in place.
We're west of the impact point, on the backside of the winds.
40' above sea level - no storm surge or flooding issues
Wind will be windy - duh.
Tree damage to house is my only concern, but I've got large tarps and a serious chainsaw to provide "first aid" to the roof should it become necessary.
Got a whole house generator.
'Adequate' ATF supplies to properly welcome & 'relax' any/all visitors seeking shelter, as well as defend against all enemies, foreign & domestic.
Got enough food to feed the neighborhood for a week.
Got a leg of lamb cooking now......
It's all good.
53, best wishes, got family and Friends over in Navarre Beach riding it out as well. Might be headed down next week to help them.!
Mexico Beach might be relocated to Mexico proper.
This storm is heading right there.
