Funny you said that being on the thread of marriage, well, divorce #3 is in the midst so my lawyer has advised me that large $ purchases, other than basic transportation, might not be a good idea. So as soon all this is done I'm going to be actively looking. It shouldn't take long no kids, property is seperate, one joint account not much else.
