    Big Old ZERO here.
Winter just doesn't want to release its grip on Alberta.

So far this season I have managed just over 1000kms, so it's not all doom and gloom. Should be back on the scoot by Wednesday as it appears to be warming up then.

270 rode, got lunch and went back home. I have to admit that my butt was a tad sore on the mustang seat. Am looking at getting an airhawk r.

Almost 9,000 miles now... Thanks to this past weekend!

I rode 198 miles last Friday, and on Sunday I rode 183 more. Total 381...and I would have ridden on Saturday, too, but my neighbors were having a garden home show, and there were fifty cars on my dead end road. So I did yard work.
Friday was a pre-ride up Palomar Mountain... love those twisties (see pic)

And Sunday was a group ride up over Big Bear Lake area out to the Desert and Pioneertown for lunch.

Pioneertown is an old west place with a huge cafe. The roads to the cafe ARE paved but the town's main street is not. We had two groups of about 10 riders each. I had to put a rock under the RQ's stand because we parked off the pavement. That was a first....

only 140 on Sunday. Took Friday off, SO gave me the okay, as if she had a choice, to go on a (2) nighter. Plan is to leave Menomonie WI area, head south on I94 to Madison, head east towards Milwaukee then north to Wausaw and then east home, well that's the plan, things change.

Saturday 118 miles. Sunday 272. Sunday I was checking roads that I normally ride during the summer for condition. Lots of sand on the county roads south of Prescott Wis. A lot of the older barns did not make it through the winter.
